Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using earntheright.uk ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Our Services

Peter Kerr ("we," "us," "our") provides:

• OKR Coaching: Individual and team coaching services
• Organizational Consulting: Business transformation and strategic consulting
• Speaking Services: Keynote presentations and workshops
• Educational Content: Books, resources, and training materials

Service Descriptions and Pricing

Coaching Packages:

• Services as described on our website
• Pricing clearly stated for each package
• Custom proposals provided for bespoke engagements

Payment Terms:

• Invoice Terms: Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Advance Payment: May be required for certain services
• Currency: Primarily GBP, other currencies by arrangement
• Late Payment: Interest may be charged on overdue amounts

Booking and Cancellation

Consultation Bookings:

• Free Consultations: 30-minute complimentary sessions as offered
• Cancellation: 24 hours notice required
• No-Shows: May result in forfeiture of free consultation privilege

Paid Services:

• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice for individual sessions
• Program Cancellation: Terms specified in individual service agreements
• Refunds: Provided at our discretion based on circumstances

Client Responsibilities

Engagement Requirements:

• Provide accurate information for service delivery
• Participate actively and professionally in sessions
• Respect scheduled times and commitments
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

Professional Conduct:

• Treat all interactions with respect and professionalism
• Provide feedback honestly and constructively
• Implement recommendations in good faith

Our Responsibilities

Service Delivery:

• Provide services with professional competence
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Respect client confidentiality
• Deliver services as described and agreed

Professional Standards:

• Adhere to International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards
• Maintain professional development and competency
• Provide services in accordance with agreed scope

Confidentiality

Mutual Confidentiality:

• Client information remains strictly confidential
• Proprietary methodologies and materials are protected
• Case studies anonymized unless specific permission granted
• Professional coaching conversations privileged

Intellectual Property

Our Content:

• Website content, methodologies, and materials remain our property
• "Earn the Right" book and related content protected by copyright
• 4P Methodology and related frameworks proprietary
• Limited license granted for personal/business use as intended

Client Materials:

• Client retains ownership of their business information
• Coaching outcomes and improvements belong to client
• Joint work products subject to mutual agreement

Limitation of Liability

Service Nature:

• Coaching and consulting are professional services, not guarantees
• Results depend on client implementation and circumstances
• We provide advice and guidance, not business outcomes

Liability Limits:

• Our liability limited to fees paid for specific services
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or business losses
• Professional indemnity insurance maintained for covered activities

Website Use

Acceptable Use:

• Use website for legitimate business purposes only
• Respect intellectual property and user rights
• Do not attempt to damage or disrupt website functionality
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Content Standards:

• Form submissions must be truthful and relevant

Termination

By Either Party:

• Either party may terminate engagement with reasonable notice
• Outstanding obligations survive termination
• Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of English courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
