How this site handles your information

This site is run by Peter Kerr, trading as Earn the Right Coaching, a trading name of 8020 Consultants North East Limited. If you have any question about your information, email peter.kerr@earntheright.uk.

Analytics cookies, only if you say yes

I use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they found the site. It sets cookies and sends Google information such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are and the kind of device you use. It only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click No thanks, nothing is sent. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The site remembers your choice in your browser's own storage, so it doesn't ask you on every page. That isn't sent anywhere.

When you get in touch or book a call

If you email me, I use what you send to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. If you book an Explore call, the booking is handled by Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy policy.

The Start with You Blueprint

The Blueprint link on the Clarity page takes you to Start with You, run by Ben Lamorte, which handles your answers under its own terms. Before you start a Blueprint with me, I'll tell you where your answers go, who can see them and how long they're kept. I never share or quote a report without your written permission.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. Email me and I'll respond. If you're not happy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
