Earn the Right Coaching Strategy, OKRs and the question that comes first

Earn the Right Clarity · built on the Start with You Blueprint

You don't lack options. You lack a way to judge them.

One-to-one coaching for leaders and founders at a crossroads. It starts with the Start with You Blueprint, so our first session begins where most coaching gets to by session three or four.

What the Blueprint is

It isn't another label. It's a theory of you, built from your own words.

Most profiling tools hand you a label from a fixed menu: four letters, five themes, a colour. The Blueprint does the opposite. It has no answer until you supply the words it's built from.

It comes from decision analysis, and from a simple idea Ben Lamorte learned at Stanford: clarity stands on three legs.

01

Strengths

What you bring. The identity capital you've built and the strengths that come naturally.

02

Values

What you need and what you want. Your deal-breakers, and the fire that makes the work yours.

03

Directions

What you can do. Real moves you can choose between, including ones that aren't on any menu.

When all three legs reach the ground, you can act with confidence, whatever the world does next. When one is short, you wobble. Most people who come to me stuck are stuck on one leg, and it's rarely the one they think.

Why I do this

Values before vision. For a person, too.

My whole practice rests on one order: values before vision, vision before method. I ask leadership teams to get clear on what they value before they decide where they're going. Clarity asks the same of you.

I was one of the first to complete the Blueprint myself, and I'm one of Ben's founding partner coaches.

When it came along, I thought of Margot. We'd known each other since 2006, partners in the same business, in a lot of the same meetings, though we never once worked together directly. Then life happened to her the way it happens to people, and she had to rebuild from very little. We filled in thirteen years in one conversation, and it turned into something I didn't expect from a diagnostic tool.

The Blueprint is a structure. What happens inside it is two people: one listening without judging, one telling a story they may not have told properly before.

Anyone who thinks the Blueprint is easy hasn't done one properly. It's like OKRs. Simple to explain. Hard to do well.

So I refine every Blueprint live with you, in a recorded session, rather than leaving you to do it alone. It makes the report better, and the coaching too.

Peter is one of those singular people whose rare gift is to be highly present to the individual and group in front of him. From there he can put his finger on what matters systemically and personally. His mindset is naturally curious and enabling without particular judgement.

Is this for you?

Better to find out now than three sessions in

A good fit

  • Successful on paper, but something feels off
  • A founder wondering what comes after the business, or after a sale
  • A leader who wants their work to fit who they've become
  • Willing to reflect honestly, even when it's uncomfortable

Not a good fit

  • You want CV help or interview tactics
  • You want reassurance rather than change
  • You'd rather not reflect
  • What you need belongs with a therapist rather than a coach. If that's where it leads, I'll say so and help you find the right person.

Two doors

One answered question, or one real commitment

Everyone starts with the little door. Three sessions is the least either of us needs to know whether the Big Door is right for you, and whether I'm the right coach to go through it with.

Little door

Test one leg

We refine your Blueprint together, find the weak leg and design one small experiment to test it over about fifteen days. Then we read what it told you.

The promise is one answered question, not a transformation.

About fifteen days
Price
£500
You get
Your Refined Blueprint, one experiment, and a clear read on what's next

Big Door

Commit to a direction

For when you're ready to act on what you've learned. We keep refining until the stool stands, then you commit to a direction you've chosen. It's captured in an Assert Report with a 90-day OKR, and I hold you to it.

If you've done the little door, its £500 is credited once against the Big Door.

Time
Ninety days
Price
£2,500
You get
Refined Reports, an Assert Report, a 90-day OKR and coaching throughout

After the little door you can stop, take a second little door for another experiment, or go through the Big Door. All three are good outcomes. Taking the clarity and walking away is one of them.

I can't promise you'll love what you choose next. I can promise you'll know why you chose it.

Start your Blueprint

About your words. The Blueprint asks you to describe your life in your own words, and an AI model drafts your report from them. Before you start, I'll tell you where your answers go, who can see them and how long they're kept. I never share or quote a report without your written permission, and I only record a session with your agreement.

The Start with You Blueprint was created by Ben Lamorte and is described in his book Start with You. Earn the Right Clarity is my coaching practice, built on it.
